Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any of the mobile applications provided by NextStack LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

License to Use

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of NextStack LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextStack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NextStack LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
